Saqrion ERP is a private business management system operated by Access Star Technologies LLC, Access Technical Services LLC, Falcon Eyes Security Systems ("we", "us"). It is used by our own staff and authorised customers. This policy explains what the system stores and how it is handled.
Business records needed to run our operations: customer and supplier details, quotations, orders, projects, service tickets, invoices and payments, employee records, and the files users attach to them. Account holders have a name, email address and, optionally, a phone number. We keep an audit log of changes for security and accountability.
Data is used only to operate the system for our business and our customers — for example to prepare documents, run approvals, send service and account notifications, and meet legal and tax obligations in the United Arab Emirates. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Data is held on servers we control, protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and regular backups. Backups may be copied to a private cloud storage account that we control, solely for disaster recovery.
We share data only with the people and companies who need it to deliver a service (for example an engineer assigned to a ticket, or a customer viewing their own records), and with authorities where the law requires it.
Business and audit records are kept for as long as needed for operational and legal purposes. Backups are rotated on a schedule. You may ask us about, or request correction of, personal data we hold about you.
